Concept Industries custom blends natural and synthetic fibers to achieve specific acoustic and structural properties. This allows us to create the optimal input material for further processing.

Cross Lapping & Needling and Vertical Lapping

Concept web can be finished via cross lap and needle punch or vertical lapping. Our unique vertical lap technology allows us to vary the number of laps and angle of the laps to optimize acoustical and structural performance.

Custom Designed flat sheet Laminator / Blanker

Hot Oil Heated and Water Chilled, Concept's lamination line can condense materials into dense barrier layers

Vacuum Forming

Rotary, In-line and Single station Vacuum Forming is utilized on solid plastics as well as fiber composite materials.

Thermoforming

Multiple High Tonnage press lines with either Through Air ovens or Contact heating are utilized to create 3 dimensional molded products from Concept's raw materials and / or purchased substrates.

Blanking, Die Cutting, Trimming

From single station die cutters to multi-head 6 axis waterjet trimming, Concept has complete 3 dimensional trimming capabilities.
